The Assembler is responsible for assembling, soldering, wiring, and terminating various assembles. This includes assembly of the connectors, terminals, switches, relays, sub-assembly, and final assembly using copper wire or cable.
Responsibilities
- Assembly of cable harnesses, connectors, and wire terminations
- Operate semi-automatic cutting, stripping and crimping machines
- Manually Strip, tin and solder small gauge wires and pins.
- Mechanical assembly of our electronic products and prototypes
- Reads work orders, drawings, and specifications to determine established assembly methods.
Requirements and skills
- Proficient with the use of hand and power tools in a proper and safe manner
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Good verbal communications
- Good organizational and time management skills with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment that is focused on priorities and end results

To be a successful Salesperson on our team will take in excess of 2 years to acquire the skills and knowledge.
