We do offer our customers expedited services when timing is critical and can provide premium same day turnaround service depending on parts availability and labour turn around time.
Our Quality Department maintains High-end Coax cable testers, Fluke DSX-8000 cable analyzer and 8 Horizon 1500 Cable Testers. These are programmable automated units allow up to 256-point testing, and have the following capabilities:
- Continuity
- Component Detection
- High Voltage Breakdown (Hi-Pot up to 1500 VDC and/or 1067 VAC)
- Insulation Resistance
- Flex test to detect intermittent failures
- Twisted pair verification
- And more
As well as testing of included components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, relays, LED’s and switches
Yes, GSNetworks can and does build cables to IPC Class 3 requirements for our customers. We have IPC certified technicians capable of performing the work and our QC staff is trained to inspect to IPC class 3.
GSNetworks is certified to ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D standards. We are also registered with the Canadian “Controlled Goods Program” with ITAR endorsement. GSNetworks is certified and capable of manufacturing to all aerospace, military and medical requirements.
Yes, GSNetworks is registered under the Controlled Goods Program with ITAR endorsement and we supply products to DND (Department of National Defense), NATO and many military equipment EOM customers in both Canada and the US.

Every product we manufacture is custom made or made to customer specifications. We do not stock finished goods. We stock hundreds of different types of connectors, cable jacketing and insulating materials.
If you have the luxury of being able to accept a substitution of materials, we can often provide a faster lead time. If we can substitute materials we have in stock for materials we have to special order for your product, we can get started manufacturing your product sooner and get it to you sooner.
No, a drawing is not always required and if it is we can produce one for you. For a simple configuration a BOM (Bill of Materials) may be sufficient, for more complex cables a drawing is produced in-house to assist with the build process and ensure all customer requirements are understood and met.

How can I reduce the lead time for my order and get it faster?
If you have the luxury of being able to accept a substitution of materials, we can often provide a faster lead time. If we can substitute materials we have in stock for materials we have to special order for your product, we can get started manufacturing your product sooner and get it to you sooner.
I know what I need but don't have a drawing, do i need one?
No, a drawing is not always required and if it is we can produce one for you. For a simple configuration a BOM (Bill of Materials) may be sufficient, for more complex cables a drawing is produced in-house to assist with the build process and ensure all customer requirements are understood and met.
I have an old undocumented cable I need replaced, can you help?
